I do not love Schubert. I don’t hate him either: his music is extremely attractive. I just can never remember any one piece of it from any other three minutes after it’s finished! (Apart from the Octet, which is a masterpiece and utterly distinctive). I think I need to work on my Schubert almost as much as my Tchaikovsky!
